Over 15 years experience in making and decorating celebration cakes. 

I started making special occasion cakes for the family some years ago. Then I was asked to make a Wedding cake by a family member, which proved to be a success. I enrolled in a basic cake-decorating course in the 1990s and learnt more about modelling flowers and other techniques.

Before I knew it I had made many more cakes, not just for "family" but also for work colleagues and friends.  I have since attended  other college courses; and completed cake decorating exams achieving Merits and a distinction.  Being  a member of the British Sugar Craft Guild, keeps me up to date with the latest designs and  the business insurance is also combined with the membership.

Special occasion cakes and that especially all important "Wedding cake" is very much a part of the big day.  Thats why attention to detail is priority, and  understanding all your requirments are a "must".  I listen to what you have in mind, and can offer friendly advise, to help make that  finishing touch turn into a perfect day.  This is a small "home - based" business offering a reliable and professional service at all times.
