When a wedding cake is ordered we offer a "Free" delivery and set up service to your venue, within a 15 mile radius to Kettering, Northants.
Professional food trading registered, food safety checked and passed by local authority (environmental health department).
Cake Toppers
Our bespoke hand crafted cake toppers add that finishing touch to the cakes ordered. Alternatively please browse our shop, as we stock some lovely sugar flower sprays as well as a selection of novelty toppers.
All About our cakes
The cakes we currently bake are.. fruit cake, popular vanilla sponge, yummy chocolate, carrot cake, eggless sponge, Lemon sponge, (made with freshly sqeezed fruit juice). Not only do our cakes look good but they taste good as well.
Whenever possible it is advised that three months notice for fruitcake, be given this will allow time for maturity "we think" making it more scrumptious. For sponge cake a minimum of one weeks notice is preffered. All cakes are "freshley baked" to order using the very finest ingredients.
A "Wedding cake" is very much a part of the big day. Thats why attention to detail is priority, and understanding all your requirments a "must". Friendly advise is offered when needed, this can help make that finishing touch turn into a perfect day. Celebration Cake Bookings and Payment Terms
We can take wedding cake orders up to six months in advance. Whilst we try our very best to offer good customer service; wedding cake deposits are non-refundable within three months of the booked date.
Once the booking has been processed and payment received the price agreed and quoted will be held regardless of any product increases that may occur. We allocate one date for each wedding cake order, any other enquiries for the same date unfortunately cannot be considered.
If a customer prefers to pay an initial deposit for a celebration cake order, a minimum of 50% of the overall cost will be have to be charged, this is with the understanding that the outstanding balance will be settled three weeks prior to the celebration.
Please note; We do not currently accept card payments in our shop.
Terms and conditions on stand and tin hire
A fully refundable deposit is required on stands or tins when booking, this in turn will confirm the booking date.
Should there be any loss or damage to the hired item(s) then the deposit will have to be retained by the business.
In the unlikley event of the deposit being retained. The hire equipment will remain the sole property of the business and does not become a purchase by the customer. The business will then decied if the item is to be repaired or replaced.
(Deposits are only small compensation payments for any loss or damage to stands and pans whilst hired out).
All hired equipment should be used as intended, stands are for cakes only and we do not advise that stands be stacked on top of each other. Should an inter lockable stand be required for hire (such as cup cake stand)We would be happy to advise with regards to assembly instructions. Any stand or tin hire booking cancellation could result in the hire fee being charged. Any stand or tin returned later than the specified date will have to be charged at the daily rate.
We do not deliver or collect hire stands when booked separate from cake orders.

Payments
Orders & quotes cannot be confirmed until the deposit or full payment is received. Please allow 5 working days for cheques and Nochex payments to clear. Cheques are made payable to Sweet Art Creations. If you wish to make a payment using a credit or debit card please click on the Nochex button below.
Nochex can only except payments up to £100.00 any transactions that exceed this amount can be paid by prior arrangement through Pay Pal.
