I started making special occasion cakes for the family some years ago.. I have attended several college courses; and completed cake decorating exams achieving Merits and also a distinction, as well as being invited to exhibit at the NEC Birmingham. Being a member of the British Sugar Craft Guild, keeps me up to date with the latest designs. (The business insurance is also combined with this membership)
